#1 Question – How do I convert my powerpoint data to video? Also, I have some videos I want to convert to Flash (.flv) format for the web.
Answer: Here is a link to some software that converts various files such as .mpeg, .avi, and other codecs to various other codecs/ formats for you. GeoVid.com If you are familiar with codecs then you might try Codecs.com. If you find a program that works better to convert video please let me know so I can post it for other ministry media teams.
#2 Question – How do I make the symbol that is to the left of the domain name in the address bar?
Answer: The icon you see beside the domain name is called a Favicon. The word FAVICON is short for favorites icon. A Favicon is also known as a website icon, shortcut icon, url icon, or bookmark icon. The graphic size of a Favicon is 16×16 pixels. Favicons add a small personal touch to the domain address bar. Here is a link if you wish to create a favicon for your website. Use the website, download the Favicon you create, and upload the favicon to the root directory of your website on your server with the name “favicon.ico”. – I found this video to help you with Favicon creation:
